Returns
Our floral products are perishable by nature. Any consideration of a refund, return, exchange, or similar will be determined on a case by case basis. There is no guarantee on perishable items. If you are unhappy with the products received, send an email to tammy@lorabloom.com
All floral products, flowers, and supplies are managed by the respective florists. Please note that all floral products are seasonal. The florists work to ensure a particular aesthetic is maintained, but sometimes unforeseen events happen and florists may decide on substitutions with flowers and supplies. This is to ensure the highest quality and integrity is maintained.
To help in the consideration of a refund or exchange:
-Please provide a picture on the exact product you received at delivery.
-Our items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.-We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The buyer does have the right to request a refund given valid proof and reasoning is provided. Buyers requesting a refund must communicate directly with LORA Bloom and not the seller. LORA Bloom will address refund requests based on circumstances provided by both the buyer and seller. Refund requests should be sent by email to tammy@lorabloom.com. Anticipate a follow up response within 7 business days, and an additional 3 business days for a resolution. If a resolution could not be determined within the allotted time frame, LORA Bloom will keep the buyer up to date and aware of such circumstances until a resolution is made.
