Shipping policy
When a buyer orders flowers for delivery on LORA Bloom, the seller (florist) is responsible for the delivery, handling, and care of the delivery. The florist can deliver the flowers themselves or use a trusted third-party vendor, but always assumes overall responsibility.
Buyers will specify the date of delivery, and may also have the option to request the approximate timing of their delivery, meaning morning or afternoon, if the seller allows. The seller has the discretion to set timing constraints on time of day, which may be none at all. The seller will set these terms in the seller portal. The seller will make their best effort to deliver within the given time constraints. If for some reason the seller is not able to deliver within the agreed upon time, the seller will notify Lora Bloom for the reasoning, explain circumstances and communicate when the delivery will be made. Unpredictable situations and circumstances do occur in life, but both the seller and LORA Bloom will make the best effort to meet these requests.
Sellers (florists) will set the pricing of delivery charges and locations within their delivery radius. Most locations will range between $5-20, but some locations might require additional charges.
If for some unforeseen reason you are not happy with the delivery service provided, contact tammy@lorabloom.com.
